• Production Time: As our boards are handcrafted to order, please allow 3-5 working days for production before your item is dispatched.
• Shipping Methods: We use trusted courier services via Packlink Pro to ensure your items are handled with care.
• Domestic UK: We offer free shipping on all orders within the UK
• International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
• Tracking: Once your item is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your parcel progress.
• Packaging: We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

2. Returns and Refunds Policy

• Eligibility: We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 14 days of receipt.
• How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at hello@borddulacartisans.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return
• Return Shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service.
• Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account
• Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your board arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs of the packaging and the item so we can resolve the issue for you.
